Service Description:  RISK is a Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Service Associate Outpatient Treatment​ Agency that provides  SUD treatment counseling services for individuals, families and groups.

 

Mission Statement:  RISK was founded to assist individuals, families and communities that are, or have experienced problems regarding developmental  challenges, at-risk issues and substance use concerns.

 

RISK Outpatient SUD Treatment Services:  RISK's SUD Outpatient Treatment Services are provided with focus on the individual's personal, cultural, spiritual, family, peer, environmental, mental and physical health considerations.  Services are assessed, diagnosed and provided through evidence based tools and practices.  RISK also provides, skill building, mentoring and case management services.   RISK connects with reliable community service networks that help establish employment and educational opportunities, prosocial activities and personal/family development.

Parole/Probation Referrals for Behavioral Health Treatment Services, Serving: Youth and Adults
